great knives for beginners September 8, 2010 Arwyr (NC, USA) these knives have held up well. they get dull quickly, but are easy to sharpen. very light weight
It would be fun...not in the house. August 1, 2010 Pumi Phipathanananth (COSTA MESA, CA, US) Its a great throwing knife just not very durably but I believe thats mostly my fault for missing and hitting the metal plate. So keep in mind if you are planning to use this alot try and get a sharpener as well since the tip will bend with every miss. Or you can do what I do and try to hammer the thing flat. definitely not as pretty.
Now as you probably read the case is the worst part of this set, but its also a very easily fix. Just duct tape the hell out of it. I use red duct tape on mine, not very ninja but very safe conscious. I can easily tell if my little nephew is trying to kill the plants now. Be sure to reinforce the belt loop as well, or it will rip.
All in all its a pretty awesome buy, I recommend it to every ninja out there.
Nice but a little too small April 5, 2010 S. Lee (Oceano, CA) These knives are in good quality. They are a little too small to hold comfortably.
Loved Them! March 27, 2010 Ellen Marie (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
When I got these, I was unhappy about the size (they are only about six inches from tip to handle) but after using them I loved them. They fly well and are well balanced. The case is impractical for anything but storage. I would definitely recommend these to other people and may even buy another set.
Good for newbies March 8, 2010 Parrish LL (PA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This knife set is great for just messing around if you dont know what your doing, also they are palm sized and extremely sharp, ive thrown them countless times and have no dents yet so thats a + also. Overall I'd recommend them if you want to buy these and try your hand at throwing knives
