I ordered this lighter off Amazon only to learn that Neptune Cigars is about 20 minutes down the road from me. Anyway...
When you click the lighter there's a 50/50 chance it will light. If it doesn't: no big deal, try again. That's the only reason it gets 4 stars from me. Otherwise, it's a nice lighter. And when it works, it works well.
Lifetime warranty, and Xikar will even send you a free leather pouch for it. For this price, I can't complain.

this lighter only works for 15 seconds before you have to refill it again. I hope maybe i received a defective one, however I emailed Neptune Cigar and have yet to hear a response so looks like I own this useless lighter.

This lighter has proven to be reliable and efficient on fuel usage. (1 refill every 7-10 days) Definitely suitable for everyday use and lighting cigars. Great value for a quality product.
